The launch of New Lease on Life Movement was initiated June 29, 2022!
I am most proud and delighted to have support. This is an endeavor set in motion to inspire and empower another during their transition in life. It is with great hope I profess to be a beacon of hope for the next person while suggesting resources, inspiration, providing a support group marching through their journey.
I want to thank each and every person for coming out.
We will have our official gathering closer to the end of the month.
Everyone shared the feeling of being welcomed, comfortable, and there were no complaints of the vegan meal prepared for all to enjoy. When going through challenges in life it is imperative to look at all aspects of your life for healing. The area most neglect is the food we eat. Going through challenges impacts our body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Being cautious of what you eat is imperative because it plays a role on the physical aspect when healing. One of the most common traits during hardships is people complain about gaining weight or loss of weight. During stressful times our body is not inclined to have a healthy appetite. This is when eating to live should be most significant.
Our body speaks to us and when we listen, we will learn what we need in the process of turbulence in life. If we are responsible to listen the process of digesting emotions, food, and thoughts will be more smoothly, considering the buildup. However, listening responsibly is required.
Thankfully, everyone joined eager to eat and when it was time for us to speak, we did smoothly. This was about celebrating, appreciating the journey, the blessings, the pain, and the work put forth to arrive to the place of transition, giving to another being, pouring out and extending love while sharing to assist another.
Our takeaway was
Lesson One: Love thyself unconditionally and when things seem to fall apart love you harder.
Lesson Two: Be your authentic self and reject anyone that attempts to hinder your true self.
