Spicy Holiday Romance to Curl up with This Season...Coming Soon

I have been writing, teaching, and helping other writers become published authors. It has been exhilarating and exhausting. However, nothing stops me from wanting to continue publishing stories, especially in the chance series.

My most recent novel to be released is entitled Holiday Chances. It has taken me a while to get it completed but I have learned the process I once used to write is no longer the same. It does take me longer to complete a novel not only because of having so many responsibilities but my healing journey is a top priority.

I don’t want to get into the journey of my healing rather I want to talk about Holiday Chances. This novel has been initiated online as an e-book, but I’ve finally completed it (see review below).

This story came to me by surprise. I didn’t plan to write this story. There were actually three other books in preparation for release but when your characters speak to you, you listen. Holiday Chances found its way into my heart and demanded to be written.

I wanted to show an escape from reality within the realms of the universe of the chance world, as I call it.

In the third installment, Last Chance the readers learned so much about the development and growth of not only the characters individually but jointly. The fourth installment, Engagement Chances is a whimsical tale about Drew and Jasmine’s engagement in the city of love, Paris. However, the ending prepares for the next story which is Your Chance.

Nonetheless, Holiday Chances came to me. When you complete reading Engagement Chances the reader is eager to learn what is going on with all the suspense that swirls like an evolving tornado.

Holiday Chances is the story that has crept in and yelled I Need an Escape from all of this ongoing chaos (kind of like the state of the world today, we are all in need of an escape). While it is not removed from suspense, this story is heavily inspired by escaping the shit show.

Drew and Jasmine are engaged and have returned to Atlanta bombarded by the unexpected. They take us to on a journey away from life’s pressure and straight into a holiday escape like no other. Their friend and attorney, Chad makes a suggestion to shift the energy and allow them to get away. Considering, all the couples in the series have healthy relationships and undeniable chemistry the bright idea to go to a secret sanctuary of all things BDSM seems delightful. These characters will show you an unforgettable escape that might inspire you to have new holiday traditions.

I did a bit of research of a location in Philadelphia. After interviewing the owner, I knew I’d found my perfect backdrop for Drew and Jasmine’s journey. This place is nothing short of magical and promises numerous ‘holiday chances’ for our beloved characters.

Here the characters can venture and forget all responsibilities:  I knew I could create fun filled characters who pops off the pages within the chance series. My imagination was blown away after speaking with Kathleen, who you will also meet in the novel.

Hopefully, you will make time to escape and pre-order your copy of Holiday Chances. You will not only get to hang out with some of your favorite characters, but who knows- you might just find a little inspiration to spice up your own holiday season.  I shall leave you with this, be prepared to be amazed with Romel and Victoria, as Romel so graciously reminds us, it’s always on and poppin with him and his lady. In Holiday Chances, they don’t disappoint. Their bond is fiery, passionate, and adds a spark to this holiday story.

Review of Holiday Chances:

"Drew is so amazing in how he shows his feelings for Jasmine. He made a special trip just for Jasmine before meeting up with their friends. You have to pick up the book to find out what the special trip was. Amazing job. I’m so going to grab the next book."
